Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Fit4Tennis affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old and agree to these terms and conditions.
Commissions: As an affiliate, you will earn a commission of 40% on every active member you refer to the Fit4Tennis app. Commissions will only be paid for active members who maintain their membership with Fit4Tennis.
Payment: Commissions will be paid to you via PayPal or direct deposit on a monthly basis, once your earnings reach a minimum of $15 USD. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Prohibited Activities: As an affiliate, you may not engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities, or promote Fit4Tennis through spam, unsolicited email, or other unethical methods. Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
Termination: Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions will be paid to you, subject to these terms and conditions.
Modifications: Fit4Tennis reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time, with or without notice.
Liability: Fit4Tennis shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
